Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping to Canada and additional international destinations will be available soon.

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 3 business days.
Depending on production and inventory, some orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via common carrier and offer ground shipping only at this time.
All shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on carrier pricing.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information automatically. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout.
Full pickup details—location, hours, and instructions—will be provided once you select this option and complete your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date or expected delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Preorders

We do not currently offer preorders.
As new products are released, preorder options may become available and will be clearly noted on the product page.
