Odin Hardware Lifetime Warranty
We build our products to handle real use—on the road, off the grid, and in the elements. If something fails because of how we made it, we’ll make it right.
What’s Covered
All Odin Hardware products are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your product fails due to a manufacturing issue, we will:
- Repair it
- Replace it
- Send replacement parts
At our discretion and at no cost to the customer (excluding inbound shipping).
Definition of Lifetime
“Lifetime” refers to the usable life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or misuse
- Product modifications
- Vehicle accidents or collisions
- Overloading beyond intended use
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, corrosion over time)
- UV degradation over extended exposure
- Loose or improperly maintained hardware
- Environmental or weather-related damage
- Natural disasters
- Loss or theft
Real-World Use Expectations
Products are designed for demanding environments including:
- Vehicle mounting
- Outdoor exposure
- Off-road and marine-adjacent use
Routine inspection and maintenance are expected.
Claims Process
- Customer contacts Odin Hardware with issue description and photos
- Product may be requested for inspection
- Odin determines resolution
Shipping Policy
- Customer pays shipping to Odin Hardware
- Odin covers return shipping for approved claims
- Replacement parts ship at no cost
Ownership
The warranty follows the product. Proof of purchase is helpful but not required.
